Hi,

I've just put my contract O2 sim in a different (O2) phone and am now getting a 'network busy' message.

Any suggestions please?

Does the message appear when you try to make a call, or when the phone turns on? What happens when you ring the number of your sim - does your handset ring?

O2 are fairly well known for their network capacity problems, text messages taking days to get through etc., so it could well me the network and not your phone.

    The old phone is broken.
This phone is from a previous contract.
The message appears when I try to call, up until then everything looks normal.

I'll try calling the phone later when i can.

    Hmmmm, that's it so far.

    Thanks for your input.

Does "O2" get displayed on the phone before you make a call? Try to find somebody else somebody else on O2 and try your SIM card in their phone
