While I do feel sorry for some pensioners being able to not afford to heat their homes, there are also a lot of pensioners that spend winter in spain and still able to get their winter heating allowance . Take the disabled they dont get winter fuel alowance and a majority of them are unable to walk about to keep warm how do the goverment work that one out.!!:mad:How many pensioners die each winter from hypothermia? And of those how many die without any assets, i.e. they genuinely can't afford more heating?0
