    Check for nasties ~

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Reboot your broadband modem (eg switch it off fora few minutes and then back on), it is possible that you have DNS or stale connections, and by re-booting the modem that may well fixit. Also re-boot your computer at the same time.

Your computers clean as a whistle so aerostars advice is sound

    HOWEVER

Ive personally had problems with KERIO FIREWALL so my recommendation is to uninstall and and switch on windows firewall to determine if its that or not

    Also ~
    Download CCLEANER
    http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)

It is something to do with a Corel program I installed a couple of weeks ago...

This may be our culprit then ~

To make matter worse, the ProtexisLicensing service may make PC boots up slower, and when disabled, will cause Corel Paint Shop Pro to stop working, in addition to warn you of running illegal copy of non-genuine software. Besides, PSIService.exe does not uninstall together with the application that installed it, when the application is uninstalled and removed.

I think that is the problem because if I reboot a couple of times it is usually alright. Is there anyway I can fix it for good so I do not have this problem everytime I switch on?

I am not sure it's the Kerio firewall because another machine connected to the router has the same problem but only uses the Vista firewall.

I already have CCLEANER but will give it another run.
