Where to buy tripe?

I have tried a couple of butchers but have been unable to buy any...they say that there is no demand and so don't stock it. I wonder if anyone knows of any butchers who sell it in the Notts, Derbyshire or Leicestershire area. It is for human consumption.

Tripe along with swede is something of my childhood of the 1940s I would rather forget.My late Mum used to cook it in milk with onions and I hated it, along with Snoek which was some sort of South African fish. I will normally eat almost anything, but I think I would rather go hungry than eat it again. But different strokes for different folks I suppose.
