Very easy Lemon Tree. You bake the cake, break it up, mix it with frosting, mould into whatever shape you fancy then cover with melted chocolate or melts like they use in AmericaSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

ah, that' makes perfick sense, maybe i'll be brave and do some for my nephews or neices birthdays, will get loads of practice as my sis has two of each.
