RedRose the current recommendations is to start taking folic acid for 3 months prior to conception so would be agood idea to start now if planning to officially start next month! How exciting for you. Don't forget when you officially start to let me have your details so I can add you to our list on the front page. Would read like this assuming you do start next month:
RedRose (age) TTC#1 since 02/10 (Any possible hinderences to TTC such as polycystic ovary syndrome etc)0 -

Thank you! I am soooo excited. Think this month will be a good thing though to get my head around it as I am quite young (23), but we both feel its the right time.
