No i went to loo about a hour before i tested, and then i haven't had a drink. Only just had a drink now. Should i have waited longer. Hope you get a bfp hun.

Moneysaver, you need a Basal Body Thermometer. I got mine for a couple of pounds from Ebay. It really helps you determine when you OV'd. Are you using any charts like Fertility Friend or My Monthly Cycle (I think) as before I used these, I thought I knew my cycles but I was quite far out.

It's best to test with concentrated urine which is why they suggest FMU. If you can't use that, especially testing in the early days, the advice is to drink less and hold your wee as long as you can. TMI ALERT: mine is now sitting on the edge of the bath waiting to come to room temp :rotfl:

I have no idea whats going on with my body if I get a BFN as these cramps are getting worse and they're only similar to, not the same as AF.

Yes, you count the first day of your (full flow, not spotting) period as day one. If that was what you are counting as day 28, then you would have had a 27 day cycle. Confused yet? lol

Am very confused now. I will have a look on ebay for the body nasa temp thing. I started my last af on 28 November.

Hi everyone sounds like some of you had a great xmas, many congrats on your BFPs :j:j:j:j and to a healthy 8 months.

I got a BFP (hehe) on my opk yesterday so will be bding today and hoping to get a proper BFP in January.

Enjoy the rest of your Xmas hols and hope for some more BFPs. :j:j

Welllllllllllllllll... we left to go to Bath for a dirty early week break at 10am. I am now home:rolleyes::rotfl:

We had to call RAC out approx 10 miles away from home(on our way to train station) who took an hour and I needed a wee :eek::rotfl:

Got to laugh about these things or I'd be sitting here feeling really annoyed;)

It is a shame though cos we don't get much chance to get away

qquaver i think i read somewhere that if you are pg you wont get a positive pg test until 14 days after ovualtion has occured.(dont remember where i read it) Really hope you and sammy_girl and everyone else gets a new year bfp. Oh and thanks for the go away cold vibes i think its working!
moneysaver did you use FMU? they say its best to do it then.
