Firstly, I wanted to say a huge and heartfelt congratulations to Tinkswings, Courgette, MYLITTLESISTERLOLA, KitKat and Nemenerova. I am genuinely happy for you, and wish each and every one of you a very happy and healthy 8 months.

Secondly, I can't remember who posted it, but please don't feel bad about posting your happy news. This thread is about Trying for a Baby, and the desired outcome is that we get pg. When the time comes for the rest of us to get our BFPs, we would want the others to be happy for us too.

Thirdly, on a personal note, even though I am happy for the BFPs and wouldn't change them - it makes me very jealous! You lovely ladies have got what I want I've deliberately tried to spend less time on here as lately I just seem to be more and more depressed and worried that I'm never going to get the allusive BFP. In RL, everyone around me seems to get pg at a drop of a hat, and now it's happening on here too! I don't know if that makes any sense - I am genuinely happy for you girls, but I can't help but feel sorry for myself. But I do want to repeat that no one should ever have to hide their extreme joy and happiness at their BFP on here. I'm just wallowing in self pity at the mo.

Enough ramblings from me. I wish everyone on here all the best, and ideally we will all be on the pg thread together soon

Sammy I totally understand what you are saying. I feel like its never going to happen for me either.

My main worries are my age, and also the fact that (to my knowledge) I have never been preg, so don't even know if I can...IYKWIM:(

So...you're not alone...and it is hard when people around you get preg..you feel a mix of joy and happiness for them, but also sorrow for yourself.

thank you so much for your loveliness, I have been on nights up until last thursday morning, haven't really been under any stress, I just want it to be a BFP, OH isnt even here to talk to...

I do know how u feel. I came home to a text from my sister and the first line was we have some brillant news fou you...my heart just sank....it turned out that there newly built house would be ready for dec 22nd .

All I can say is that I have NO SS at all. Just tested as was due to go doc's as had a really bad weekend with DH and turly thought i was ready for the funny farm and that my doctor would be putting me in a straight jacket. I did the test to make sure that I wasn't so that i could take any medication she suggested. And to my TOTAl shock is was +.

I have since done another as I am sooooo shocked.

You are all wonderful ladies who will get the gift of life soon. I know you will.

Congrs tinks, am really pleased for you. We have bd like mad, well once a day. Getting the period like pains today. I think that my cycle is really 30 days and that i did ov yesterday. I can re send the right assignment to uni so that is good. How is everyone today.

I met my friend for a quick drink. The first thing she said was "so have you got any news for me?" Ummmm no

Oh and the quick drink ended up being 3 hours!!!!:eek::eek::eek: We thought we were only an hour or so!:rotfl:

Great news on more BFP's

When I eventually get my BFP:rolleyes: I'm gonna post it in the biggest letters possible cos I blimin well deserve big letters:p I've been enlarging them every month in preperation.... they're gonna be HUGE!!!:cool: They may even be multicoloured or maybe just purple I'm sure I've probably quite a few more months of deciding.

Oh it is disheartening to see so many BFP's come and go... but hey ho. I'm just waiting for a particular sperm

Im confused with working out my ovulation days. In october i had my Af on the 2 then again on the 28 november. When you work backwards to work out ov day, do you include 28 and then go back wards or do you go from the 27. Also does that mean if my cycles are 29 days long. Does that mean i ov today or yesterday.
