Ooo confuzzled - maybe you should get breakdown cover with autoaid - think its £39 for you and hubby.

Then if you did break down on route they'd refund the cost of getting towed to whereever you want.

You have to pay then claim back unlike AA and RAC etc but other than that they are loads better in terms of whats covered.

    Hi Lovely ladies

I am officially confused now after my 2nd scan. Some of you may remember that I had a scan last week and by my reckoning I would have been 8 + 6 however the sonographer couldn't find a heartbeat and only measured me at 5/6 weeks. I was asked to come back in a week's time but I was pretty sure it was game over for this PG.

I went today and have been scanned again but this time the scan showed that the fetal pole has grown but still no heart beat so I have to go back in a week's time for another scan.

Now I know that my dates are right as we all religiously chart our days so how on earth can the fetal pole continue to grow when the 'baby' apparently died at 5/6 weeks????????

I've tried google and got nowhere. The nurses were lovely but were so non committal and just wouldn't give me a straight answer. They kept going on about protocol's which I'm fully aware of as I have a degree in Law and studied medical law. I want cold hard scientific facts!!!!!!!!

I'm now in limbo again for another week and really don't know if my sanity can cope.

Does anyone out there have any idea as to what is going on with my rubbish body??????

    Ellie

P.S sorry for non PMA but I'm in bits here

I was in the same boat as you last year. So know how you feel. If you have any Qs, just PM me. Hope your dates are out or implanted late xxx

well I started bleeding last night, so must have just been late from last months mc and it must have been a false positive:confused:

Went to my fertility specialist today and it was a waste of time, the tests they wanted to do are time sensitive so needed to be on the blood van 10 minutes before my app was scheduled for. I also needed my DH there when I was specifically told I didnt.

Have to go back on saturday grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hi again; am back after a much needed sleep on the sofa under the blankey! Thanks for all your suggestions/google searches; it really is appreciated as my head is all over the place at the mo and don't know if I've been thrown a lifeline or not.
OH did try to ring the EPAU but they couldn't offer any further advice other than to wait. It's going to kill me but...what can I do.

Hope everyone else's day is going better than mine; does anyone have any nice news (not necessarily TTC related) to impart to cheer us all up???????

    I have nice news.

My kingsize bed was delivered this morning...

And I haven't had to pay for it 'cos I won it from Woman's Own!!!

Can't wait for DH to get home so we can put it together.

Cue the rude jokes about new beds:

Laura I'm personally find MMC really hard to use (or maybe I'm just a bit stupid :o) plus there's a page on there somewhere that tells you what day you're on then tells you in big letters that you're NOT FERTILE. Soooooo depressing. I use FF just to keep track of stuff, I don't temp though

    Hope that helps xxx
