  • tmi coming up sorry...

was 5 weeks yesterday and this morning went to loo and had a tiny bit of bleeding when i wiped... had no more since though. had no pains to go with it.

my friend who's a midwife said just to keep an eye and go to doc's if it starts again and gets worse or if i have pains. she said it could be implantation bleeding which is really common at 5-6 weeks.

has anyone else had this in early pg? am feeling a bit scared :(

Pru I had a tiny bleed at 10 weeks with my 1st child and panicked like mad - but all turned out ok in the end. I know it is hard but it is v common - try your best to relax. No other advice really other than what the midwife said. x

Try not to worry too much..it's actually really common. So long as it's not bright red then all is ok:) Take it easy and look after yourself:) x

LauraLou You are a fabulously wonderful grandaughter/niece....if it was my grandma I'd have driven through the nearest puddle and splashed her MWAH HA HA HAAAA!!! In my defence, she is an evil old cow:o

pru try not to worry too much(trust me i know its hard) like your firend said if it does get any worse then go to the doctor or ring NHS direct.

thanks jacobmums i know what you mean about people becoming pregnant and not being planned.

If you start to feel any pain or it's like period blood(sorry couldn't think of how to describe it:o) then tell your friend and she'll tell you the best thing to do:) Again try not to worry...its a common occurence:)
