I feel :( too sometimes cos my posts are quite often ignored!!!:p:naughty:

Ummmm I'm sure others would agree that early tests aren't always a good idea. You may get an early BFP/TLP but be having a chemical pregnancy :(

However I'm sure a few ladies around here have used them with success.

Hi Neneromanova! To be honest I dont think the early tests are worth it, I still have two at home in the boxes but it does say on them that the earlier you take the test, the less accurate they are, its somethin like 40% if 6 days early, 60% if 4 days, etc. (sorry dont quote me on this! but its something like that!)

Although its hard (vvv hard!) I'd rather to wait abit longer and try to get a more accurate result, I am not good at waiting but if it said positive and turned out it wasnt I would be gutted!

Hi everyone - haven't posted for a few days as we are waiting til after my next AF to start ttc properly, so don't really feel I have much to add.

Hope thurs come quickly for you Jenny so your mind is put at rest - also hugs to everyone else feeling under the weather x
  • Hi nero - I'm not an expert on the accuracy of these tests, but it's worth bearing in mind that of course the manufacturers want you to buy as many tests as possible, so encourage you to test as early as possible. (Yes, I'm cynical!) But as it says on the packet, testing early only pick up a fraction of pregnancies, compared to waiting until after AF is due. So waiting is definitely the MSE way to go!

Hope this helps those that have to sit on their hands each month too....
