Anyone else find it painful when turning over in bed? Last night my baby/flabby belly was on the left side and I seem to of turned onto my back and my belly was still on the left side then it turned with a massive shooting pain down the side of my belly.
Not very good at explaining but I`m blaming my hormones for everything!

Glad everything is ok with you and the baby nikki :)

Kindof, have you been feeling bean moving less? Not less in a bad way, but in a 'im running out of room to move!' way? lol.

I dont feel baby as much anymore, but when i do its like she's she trying to do flips and has no space lol.

Yes deffo, I am reassured cos I know he is running out of space, he has a crazy half hour every now and again lol

Nikki I am pleased it all went well :)

Hazzie - unbelievable pain, and the only way I have conqoured it is to sleep on my right side facing out of the bed (cos I have been getting hot) so I can unwrap myself, cos it hurts to much to turn over, but we are meant to sleep on our left side so me and OH are swapping sides tonight

Dont be silly Beenie - I am sure its a error! I miss you

EEK I think I have just worked out that I only have to come back 3 days a week once I return to work, doing 27 hours a week EEK

Ooh it's a bit rough round here Cafc :D Just don't live directly opposite Morrys, i've seen a few of those and some of the people make me a bit nervous lmao.

Someone approached me to swap houses yesterday. I've put my name on the list for a swap to a 3 bed house but hers is 2 bed (same as mine) and she wants to move to get away from her ex or something . I don't think i'll consider it though, it's a bit too close to the main road (longfield) and i've got a cat and dog. Although it's apparently got a front garden which i don't have.

You're allowed to be stressed you know, you've just uprooted to come here, that's hard enough anytime let alone when pregnant. So don't worry about it, it'll all come together soon enough!

ps. i miss being pregnant! :( I have to breathe in now, instead of sticking my belly out :rotfl:

    I hope so...
Just wanna move and get DH in a job, and get my debt relief order set up.
Trying to see citizens advice later on this week so hopefully get some answers.

I say closer to morrisons.... it was near .... a park called..... cant remember but the road before it was called beaconsfield street? And there was a sainsburys local nearby LOL

I understand you not going with the swap, eventually you'll want a room just for amber surely?
Didnt realise you had a dog as well, what breed is he?
I really miss mine. Hes living with my parents atm till we get house sorted. he's my fake baby :) got him 2 months after I lost our first pregnancy, and am really achey missing him now.... i need doggy cuddles

    Afternoon all,

    Hope everyone's ok?

Congrats & welcome to newbies :)

EA hope the blood tests are ok tomorrow. Is it the full GTT where you wait a few hours? Make sure you take a book, I was soooooo bored during mine!! Woo for finding your ring :D I told OH if baby arrives on Valentines day I'm going to call him Valentino :D

    Glad all's ok Nikkit :)

Som glad you got a lift to work today :D Roads here are all ok but paths are gross, slippy and icy, so better off in a car!

SJ breastfeeding clinic sounds good :) OHs aunt runs one in Bradford and I feel like tagging along to see what goes on, haha! Think it would be a nice environment to be in to really convince me it's the thing to do iykwim? Lol @ York Dungeons, have you been before? It scared me so much I think it might bring on labour if I went back so late on!!!

Kym no advice on equipment but in terms of getting carried away buying pretty things, I've tried to limit that to buying accessories & getting plain basics :) Has worked out quite well cost wise but still looks lovely.

Have I missed JHA posting since she had Orit? Had a look through but cant find anything :( I want pics!!

Beenie I'd love to swap, I'm bored of being pregnant, what do you think? :P

Had a lovely day today - it's my little sisters 10th birthday so just sat at my parents house waiting for her to get back from school so she can open pressies :) Went to the hospital this morning then into town, spent a small fortune on things for her though even though I'd already bought for her, oops! It's such a fun age, I get to buy her clothes & play with make up, I love it :) Hospital was ok, bit pointless really but got to listen into baby & she measured him up, still 2 weeks ahead! Had a thoroughly depressing moment trying on clothes in River Island only to find I don't fit in anything, mum was laughing at me getting so wound up by it, like I expected to still fit into my usual size at 7 months pregnant!! She did buy me a lovely dress from H&M though, and a nightie and some mega baggy tracksuit bottoms for post baby wear :)
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

    :)

No its justa normal blood test to test the sugars, if i fail that i assume i'd havethe GTT? Will it be ok, since i've read your meant to have it at 28 weeks, and im 32... lol.

I saw 'Valentino' in our baby book and OH said no lol. Valentino Valentine sounds weird he said :p
I did suggest Cupid to, but that was a no.

I do love the name 'Aphrodite' the goddess of love :D But OH hates it :(

Just been to Iceland, only got a few days worth of shopping as we're doing our proper shopping Friday, but we spent £19 and got 3 big bags!! :D

So for dinners tonight we have Chicken Enchiladas and Jam Roly Poly with corish ice cream for dessert :D
