Take a sample to the docs then, they can test it. I was led to believe i was getting tested for GD because my family has diabetes history but was told no only if your urine shows it. and Your MW should have asked for a sample and had you seen by another MW or at the hospital if she was away. wwhhhoooaa nearly went for a rant lol

I bought mine, £44.99 from mothercare (wanted it new). I figured it seemed to be about £30 to hire, & i plan on doing this again (or thats how i feel before labour!) so works out cheaper to buy. Plus it can be used afterwards for other stuff so i reckon worth the money compared to hiring.

Oooh Andrea massive congrats, so jealous cos i'm still waiting!!
Funny you've been talking about pelvic pain cos after a lazy day of keeping the sofa warm, i'm getting the most intensive pain when i try to stand up, feels like the bone has snapped in two but is bearable once i'm up.
Am currently having a little pain but only cos i'm a bit (sorry) constipated i think, although i'd like it to be the start i don't think it is.
ps i want Maz to have her turn at the top of the list so moooooooooooooooooooore vibes please :rotfl:
Thanks Beenie
As much as I want this baby asap, I'd feel terribly guilty for queue-jumping above you after all this time (although other people seem to be doing it!) so HUUUUUUUGE VIBES (again)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :j :j :j Then I'll have my (hopefully very brief) turn at the top!

Maz - thats my thoughts when it comes to buyin and then I get staff discount too when I buy but not for renta, so seems even more logical. Did you get the obitens and if so what do you think of it/have you used it yet?Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Sooooo if bouncing on these balls make baby press on the cervix and can kick start something, won't me just pressing on baby's bum have the same effect?
