Had MW appt then met DH for lunch.

Stupid baby is still laying to the left.

Stupid baby is still free and not remotely engaged.:mad:

BP was also borderline & they had to take it 3 times before they were happy that it was in an okay range.

MWs were talking about the Amanda Holden program too...said it was good though obviously one doesn't learn to be a MW in 5 weeks! Even they said it was well done (which is a compliment considering it's ITV methinks). Going to go watch it now and feel sorry for myself.

I don't think it makes any difference to be honest so i really wouldn't worry about baby not being engaged. Bubs has been engaged since 35 weeks & has stayed there nicely but i'm still here waiting!

And i know people whose babies haven't been engaged right up to the end, then just gone into labour. As soon as baby wants out, it'll be engaged!!

Maz it might be different for your area or you might get a nice mw, hopefully! I'm still gonna ask again for one lol, she can only say no.

    MGEB congrats :D

Mine has been part engaged since about 32 weeks too, still waiting

You could say that if she wont do it, your going to attempt it yourself.

Might encourage her to do it :rotfl:

I assumed the titles were red cause when you search for 'EDD' it brings up your searched word in red and people just copy and paste and dont bother changing it back
  • Aw thank you ladies - i just need to get my head round the idea now! Was wandering around the shops yesterday and said to OH that all the baby boy stuff just looked really bland :( he thinks i'm nuts he loves it all!

I do EA will pm you now if you fancy adding me :D
Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea
  • Feeling a bit sorry for myself today cos OH had predicted 15th for me to go into labour so was secretly hoping he was right!

And I have loads of energy today but the house is clean, the christmas cards have been written & delivered/posted, & I've done the bit of ironing & washing up there was, so I've been shopping for baking stuff so plan on spending this afternoon making buns & cakes & cookies & muffins!

Maz i feel your pain lol. I was laid in bed last night and felt a weird click sensation in my bump, i was convinced it was my waters popping so i went and sat on loo for ages waiting for the gush.

But no, nothing :rotfl: If i get the slightest twinge i think this is it, so it's making me even more impatient.

Nikki, what EA said - usually only goes red cos of search terms but it doesn't matter, i'm not as anal about the list as i used to be :rotfl:

LOL EA, i don't know if i could reach but i'll damn well give it a go :D:D
