EA - are you sure those tabs won't just make you jittery? I'd think something like proper food would be FAR better than chemical-y tablets, urgh. I was thinking flapjacks, cereal bars, dried fruit/nuts. I've got a small box of cereal bars in my hospital bag and when the time comes was going to toss some peanut butter & jelly sandwiches together and grab a couple of apples or something! Oh and no street parking for hospital as it's in central London and the street meters are all either residents only or like £5/hr.

Moo - dare I ask what your DH does that he dresses like a cowboy for work?! LOL...at least you have DD to keep you company. I am going to indulge in some Strictly later b/c DH doesn't like it so I only watch when he's not home :D

Beenie - sounds like you have a fab evening planned. Mmmmm, wish I had a tin of Heroes! There was some cheesecake in the fridge earlier but that may have already been eaten :o

Cafc do you want to share boys names?

going to be Leon William Ashley

I hate the Ashley but apparently all the men in DH's family have it as their middle name... so i said he cud have it as a second middle name which i will just conveniently forget about.
William is my late grandfathers middle name, he died about 5 weeks before i got pregnant, so we think that he was making room in the family for our new addition :rotfl:

  • Aless, it's nothing sordid :rotfl: He's the assistant manager of a pub and it's a local bands last gig of the year so they've all dressed up :rotfl:

EA I agree with Aless, you would be better off with slow release energy so oat bars and bananas are the way to go

Esio you made me laugh with the "down south" comment. I'm a Fifer and totally agree with you that anywhere in England is "down South" :rotfl:

Im taking real food to, its just if i need a quick energy boost to get me through. I've read about it in my many baby books lol.
Im taking some oaty bars i know that, apples are a good idea. Maybe some grapes or something to
I cant have anything with peanuts in as OH is allergic and i can only eat them if i brush my teeth afterwards, which i wont be able to do during labour.

Oh i forgot you lived in London, its very expensive there!

    Thanks Kindof

I would have liked to have named him after my Dad, but I dont really like his name LOL, which is Leigh David (he blames his welsh mother), so i figured Leon is kinda like Leigh but not LOL

Am just glad DH and I could agree (aside from the Ashley thing) and should it need correcting at 20 week scan because between now and then his bits fall off, then it'll be Izzy May or Isla May xx
