Well back from sainsburys, so depressing counting pennies while shopping Had to borrow money from our baby savings just to get a few extra's like cleaning products. Was saying to OH on way back I still cant figure out how we are going to do Xmas (really don't want to rob baby savings again but think we might have to!) Did say we may have to go without and he said yeah (well he would he already has part of his) and he said he couldn't think what to buy me anyhoo..cheers Was suggesting a £15ish per head pressie for our parents and he was moaning that wouldn't get them much, but I think at least its something. They have all said we dont have to buy them anything though, the only one I really feel I have to buy for is my nephew as he is the only child on either side atm, oh and the fur ball has to have a lil something hehe.

Oooh that really was a bit of a moan wasn't it eek must be my pg hormones I always seem to be whinging atm. Anyhoo just convinced OH to go to Baby Barn with me for some window shopping, not so depressing as I can get ideas for what I'd like to ask family for (they all keep saying they want to buy us stuff/give money and no clue atm). I suppose I really should be grateful at least lil girl wont need for anything.

I know- how crazy!

It's so lovely to be home after four nights in hospital. Henry is so much calmer at home away from the bright lights and other screaming babies!

Thank you so much for all the kind wishes and interest this week- it means a lot.

ps. Great news on the feeding!! Don't worry his tummy is VERY small right now but it gets bigger and bigger quite quickly so you won't be feeding constantly for much longer

Just did online shopping with ASDA, much easier then with the online tesco shop i did the other day lol.
I spent loads more but got lots and saved loads! If that makes sense? lol

OH said we can have McD for dinner tonight and then go and look in Babies R Us
Didn't end up going to sainsburys, i cant be bothered to walk into town, i'll go on Monday after the doctors

OH is back to work on Monday, this week has gone fast, we haven't done much either. But im going to miss him lol.

ETA: TT CTN soothers are 2 for £6 in asda currently

Ahh congrats GISI he's absolutely beautiful & big well done to Henry for feeding so well

Hope you're ok Som, try not to worry about Christmas presents, it's all a lot of hype but whatever you give people I'm sure they'll be happy with irregardless of cost

Hope you're ok Beenie too & not overdoing it! Painting at 37 weeks, you must be mad!!

I'm officially exhausted, seriously not cut out for wandering around town for hours. Managed to get OH some climbing shoes and spent a small fortune on clothes for baby (H&M have some gorgeous stuff in!), didn't manage to get a single Christmas present though!! But nevermind, I enjoyed it! Just got my delivery from ASOS too, got a lovely jersey dress & some tops, v pleased.

Unfortunately, OH & mum were just about to lay the flooring in nursery...when we pulled it up we've found a mass of wires that trail for the phone lines, we'd totally forgot. So, laminate isn't able to go in, need to go get a carpet. Eurgh! Not sure if I can be bothered to go and return it to Ikea tonight, and really doubt OH will want to...but Sunday Ikea is like a living hell
