  • Ive not heard anything about the swine flu jab, I dont know what to do about it

ZOMG I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!! http://www.americansoda.co.uk/uk/American-Soda/Home/default.aspx I can get Wild Cherry Pepsi!!!!! EEK

I saw this on FB but I cannot believe how expensive it is! You need to check out Cyber Candy in Covent Garden. They probably have the pepsi (I think they have a website but no idea if it would be any cheaper).

Just treating myself to a microwave curry from Waitrose...it smells divine so hope it tastes as good.

Thanks for the vibes everyone, I feel much better after a good cry. It's just all so frustrating :o.

  • I haven't been informed if i am having the swine flu injection yet and i wasn't really bothered if i don't have it. MW at aqua natal said there is no point in having it but hubby has just come home and said he has had his at work today. He works in a theatre in hospital so that's why he has had it and lots of pts in the area got swine flu.

Oh Gisi, boo hiss to midwives not doing sweeps and hospitals being fully booked! Lots of vibes to try and get baby shifting before Sunday and your booked sweep.

I know I'll be a state if I go a week over, I think your coping brilliantly. Its odd how much each PCT varies too, I know if I go over it's EDD + 10 here so I keep telling myself by the 24th at the latest I'll have belly monkey here and trying to ignore the 14th November :o

Re the swine flu jab I got a letter yesterday asking me to go on the 16/11/09. Ive decided not to have the jab as personally I dont feel there's been enough testing into it amongst other personal reasons. Also with it being so close to my EDD I may have had baby by Monday. (Is there a wishful thinking smilie?!)
    Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j
  • I was also concerned re:the lack of testing on it boogellyboo... feel as if we are in esscence the "guinea pigs"
I dont have any underlying health problems either which made me a little more confident in saying no (not very confident though....)

yes, but kindof you'll pay a fortune for it!! There's loads of those American import sites running around...I miss foods from home but I never really bother with them as the prices are disgustingly inflated.

I know But I honestly dont care lol :) I want it lol it works out at 89p a can

Yeah thanks GISI Ive been there before ;) they dont have any cherry pepsi in stock on the site ;(

My mum was on triple the dosage of a drug when pregnant with me that in other countries has been proven to cause health problems, I have quite a few medical issues and know how guilty my mums felt and I didnt want to be in that position in a few years time. :o I know its not her fault, she did what she believed was right at the time and 30 years ago we didnt have the net or access to info like we do now.

Yay for all the great scans today too :j It feels like forever ago now that I had my 20 week scan. How did I end up 4th on the EDD list so soon?!
