  • Charliedavis - :j for a good nights sleep!!

Oh no about the cupboard Kindof. Hope you still manage to enjoy your day off.

Well a semi eventful nite for me!! I slept well until about 4am and then I woke with a bad period type achey pain on the right hand side of my pelvis. I really thought something was starting to happen so after the first couple of times I started timing them on my phone. Dont think it can have been contractions as the pains lasted 2 to 3 mins a time (I thought contractions only lasted a min or a min and a half??) but there were gaps of 10 mins between them and they did seem to come in waves. Anyhoo, they cant of been that bad, or they wore off as I fell back asleep and no more so far, although I have got a dull ache in that same spot  Hope it was the start of things!!

My best friend has just told me that the chap from her works wife also had her baby over the weekend, she was due tomorrow, I want mine now, lol!!

Sorry for such a me related post!!

    xx

Grrr to your inlaws kindof, i hate it when people put me on the spot.

I am officially on day 1 of my last 4 days at work :D

My manager asked for my MatB1 today and i had to say he cant have it yet cause it has the wrong EDD on it. I have all my notes though so im going to the docs after work to get my doc to change it :D

Im so excited, OH has booked all next week as holiday and it got approved, so now i get to have him for the whole week to myself and i wont get lonely :D:D

I've got to get some rope so i can fashion some sort of washing line in our conservetry as its not good weather for drying stuff outside. I want to make a start on washing the baby clothes so im all prepared and can spend the last 2 months of ML just sleeping :D

Labour vibes for you fattybooboo! :j

Has anyone got PP omn there Facebook? Its getting worrying now :( x
  • I must share this bargain i got at the weekend. I went to TKMAX which isn't a shop i normally go in as ours is like a jumble sale with things on the floor clothing all in the incorrect size order and i just hate having to rumage around to find clothes. But they had a display near the entrance of baby items that i saw when i walked past so i nipped in. They had quite a lot of things with clearance stickers on. I got a tiger comforter for £3 should have been £14 but the main bargain was a Amy Coe peanut shell sling the price of these are £45 but it had a clearance sticker of £8 it is the same as this one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Amy-Coe-Peanut-Shell-Baby-Sling-Pink-Brown-L-XL-BNIB_W0QQitemZ110428718712QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCarriers_Backpacks?hash=item19b6108678 But i bought blue. They had 2 of each colour all reduced. I am very happy with it but i just need to work out how to use it. It comes with a DVD so i am hoping it is quite simple.

Well im technically taking all my annual leave until 20th december, then ML can start as i'll be 29weeks then :)

I cant wait to be rid of this place, honestly i hate it so much here lol. :D
  • oh yeh i joined the pampers village and tesco baby club ages ago and i hadn't heard or received a thing so i joined up again to be sent a letter from tesco saying i am already a member but sill no vouchers or magazine. When you go on the club site it says you can contact them but then the only options are to phone a number for

    Grocery
Books, Music, Video, DVD, Flowers, Games and Wine
    Tesco Direct
    Clubcard
    Clubcard Rewards
    Tesco Stores
And nothing about the club and it doesn't fall into any of these really. You can't even email them

  • Morning everyone! I'm still here- a couple of random contractions last night but nothing new. I did actually manage to sleep though so feel great today, which is a novel feeling at the moment!

Fattybooboo- you obviously know people with punctual babies....I obviously do not. Fingers crossed that yours continues the trend. I quite fancy an 11/11 baby- I an historian by degree, so an Armistice day baby would be quite cool!

Elasti- that sling is so cool!

I'm another who has suffered from vivid dreams since being pregnant. It was quite weird at first but I think I'm just used to it now.

I've just remembered why I've stopped eaten toast- it gives me hideous reflux. I'm now having to scoff a yogurt to get rid of it- I just really fancied peanut butter though so had to have toast.
