I have a bad back at the mo - I actually felt something move in my spine the other day and it's really painful.

I used to give her a smack sami, till I caught myself one day (when I still had depression I feel I must add) when I REALLY hit her on the bum I just sat and cried for hours and kept saying sorry and have never smacked her again since.

hmmmm I could take away her new birthday toys !!! Thant might work

whereabouts on your back is sore ??? I got a slipped pelvis after I had Jasmine which made the bottom half of my back really sore. And then my pelvis was mis - aligned when I was pregnant this time and it was the bottom of my spine that hurt !!

its right in the middle of my back - i think it went when i was trying to get up from lying down but had jack on my chest. is affecing my walking as well.

i think it might be a slipped disc but OH said i'm a drama queen :rolleyes:
