    Evening all x

Well I go back to work on 25th January. Spoke to my boss today and I've taken the offer of Tuesdays off and working my normal hours. Not really what I wanted but it'll have to do for now.
Hubby was talking the other day about the possibility of another child next year so who knows I might not be there for very long :D

Hubby enjoyed his lamb curry, I had scrambled egg, veggie bacon and spaghetti hoops on toast ( how old am I). Chicken casserole is in the slow cooker for him and veg broth is on the stove for me.

Off to the Christmas Market in Manchester tomorrow and then into debenhams for the 25% off spectacular get a few prezzies and then back to my parents.

What is everyone doing tonight? I got reduced lamb and pork chops but they both go off, so I might just have to eat them all tonight.
You could cook them both but then put one in the fridge for tomorrow.

I've been doing a freezer stock check and discovered I have just over 11kg meat and just over 3kg of fish which is enough to last four months! (Probably explains why my current food expenditure forecast is higher than I intend.) I also have loads more baked beans than I thought because I thought some of them were stock.
Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.

do you label your freezer stuff? I don't and the other week cooked rice to go with chilli only to discover once I tasted a bit to see how hot it was that it was bolognaise
