MFD - I have to literally tell DH what to buy me and more often than not order ot myself too! Hence my presents are sitting in the bottom of his wardrobe waiting to be wrapped - now that's where I draw the line!
My hubby always asks me and I have to give him a list, or at least send him links of the kind of thing I would like!
Normally I plan his Christmas present months in advance, this year I panic bought a jacket yesterday! Hubby said about a month ago that he knew what he was getting me and then yesterday he turned up with a solitary wrapped box
Intriguing! I normally get 4 or 5 gifts - not that I am complaining at all, I am just intrigued!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

It's Christopher and the only difference between them is sex and he had brown eyes that have now went hazel. He's coming up to a year old there (not yet a year because he is not sitting, he's pulled himself up by holding onto the flower and has loads of pillows behind him).0 -
Em, hope Seth is better soon, don't know why anyone would give a baby tablets? X

Evening all..
*HUGS* to all.. I was trying to keep track of who's poorly sick but it seems to be almost everyone!
ETA: Em, sorry, nothing much to add on the tablet suggestions. Rhys has two types, one is supposed to dissolve anyway and another is supposed to be swallowed but we dissolve it in water and add it to his milk. Could you dissolve it and put it in a very small amount of milk (20ml?) and give that, then the rest in another bottle (extra washing up, I know) and then it doesn't matter (from a taking meds POV anyway) how much of the second bottle he has cos he got the important bit in the first bottle? That's what we used to do with Rhys when he still wasn't too hot on bottle feeding.
Have been to Asda and Tesco, not that bad, only normal Saturday morning type levels. Got a few more bits and the food and cleaning bits we needed, plus stocked the medicine cupboard up in case someone gets ill here. Also "Superbaby" (in the style of Superman) PJs for Rhys - top with fold over cuffs and trousers with feet in them
Mum's going to take Rhys with her to my grandparents on Christmas Eve so I can nip into town for a few things (stuff I doubt they'll sell out of so not panicking).
Need to get wrapping tonight. Pressure is off a little bit as I was supposed to be seeing friends tomorrow night but one lives a far way away and has to drive country roads so we've postponed to next week when hopefully the weather will have go it's act together!
