Right, do any of you remember my tax credit fiasco ?? Where they are telling me I owe money because they put in the wrong figures 5 years ago ??
Well, I just got a letter from them this morning saying I phoned and told them the figure they had, so I phoned them and asked to listen to the call recording and ...... wait for it ..... they hadnt listened to it themselves yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG - how the f u c k can they say I said something and not have actually listened to the damn thing !! Anyway, they have said they will get back to me in 3 days when they have heard it and let me know what is happening !!

Jillie, typical isn't it! That kind of thing usually happens to me...usually because dh is sooo impatient and won't wait for anything. I usually hang on and hang on till things go down, mainly because they are so old hat:o
