Well, I am in tears again!!! every dinner time is the same....hysteria and refusing to eat the minut I put the spoon in his mouth he starts screaming hysterically.....I seriously hate him at this time of day, I feel like locking him in his room to scream......

I really can't cope with it:(

Thats what I was thinking, dont think she is strict, just converted after her mum remarried I think... seeing one of the other girls tonight as she is babysitting Henry so might ask her.

(((hugs))) mel, have you tried maybe giving something he can eat for himself? I was asking earlier about baby led weaning but I just wondered if it might make a difference if he was holding the food himself?

mel, I think he has now associates food with you getting upset, so its continuing the cycle. Could you just pop him in the highchair with a few small bits of food infront of him and a toy, the rest of you eat and you dont pay any attention to him. Maybe if he realises your not getting stressed, he wont either
