Sami taught me Giraffe at the last sling meet! You learn something new every day! :p

I've just lost the most gigantic mega catch up post ever .

    It was briefly........

Huge hugs for MM and Dylan. Poor little love - MM must be worried sick.

RMAC and GISI happy anniversary. Have a lovely [STRIKE]dirty[/STRIKE] weekend away Rmac - it'll do you the world of good to have a weekend off from being 'just' a Mummy.

MOTM I'm glad yesterday and today went well! :D I think 'fun' gifts for christmas, rather than anything personal. Also, maybe have a chat about it - she may be panicing now about the last minute extra 8 gifts she needs to buy.

Sorry for everyone else i've forgotten!

MFD, Emlou, Mooki (where are you?) and anyone else whos been back at work - are you absolutely knackered (Sorry MFD, I couldn't think of a more suitable word :p). I'm only doing three short days a week - and I just want to go to bed and stay there! :o

DS isn't helping at the moment. He's in a strange mood and his school bus has refused to bring him home this week.

Yesterday I left work at 2.45, got V from nursery at 3.00, straight to school to collect DD1 at 3.20 then I get a phone call to go and collect DS1 from school half an hour away. Got him at 4.10. DD1 had to get changed for gym in the car and got McD's en route - dropped her at Gym at 5. Got to Mums to feed V her tea as she was starving at 5.30. Left mums at 6 to collect DD1 from Gym at 6.30. Finally got home at 7.15 and did bedtime, packed lunches, ironing, OH did dinner, loaded dishwasher and collapsed onto the sofa at 10pm!

Thanks MDW! It was bizarre, I was pretty much in the car (with unhappy V) for 4 1/2 hours, with a half hour break to feed V!

Tonight wasn't so bad. Left work at same time, got V at same time, got DD1 at the same time, had to go and get DS at same time - but no Gym to deal with so it was straight home for 4.30 - to cook tea, do lunches, do dishwasher, do bedtime - no ironing tonight :p.

I dread to think what it'd be like if I went back to work 5 days! :o

I'll speak to the schools transport dept. tomorrow and see what they can do.
If you're driving a bus for a school full of children/teenagers with Autism and learning difficulties, you must expect some challenging behaviour!
 at the useless bus driver!

3 - ((HUGS)) hun - do you know what DS was up to for the bus driver to refuse to let him on?

I am constantly shattered anyway! Even when Benjamin is sleeping well I don't!!

Edit - lappy about to die and I still have a bad case of can't-get-up-off-my-arris-itis so will see you tomorrow

  • Evening everyone.

Any news on Dylan? I'll make my way through posts shortly, hoping to find some positive news.

It appears all of my girls, but inparticular 15yo and 16yo have been matchmaking, telling one or two little lies along the way, to try and get myself and Lucy into a commitment. Lucy hasn't realised that they were not being 100% truthful and that would explain why she's been saying certain things and acting as if we are 100% a couple.

I've had words with the two girls since Lucy went home and they went away in tears thinking I was going to slow things down with their new friend  but i've since spoken to them and explained that they could have done the opposite and messed things up and that I don't want to slow things down as i'm really enjoying myself.

I'll speak to Lucy tomorrow, explain what has happened, but in some kind of perverse way, i'm glad it did.

I'll say more later, when i've caught up as it's rude of me to talk me, without checking on updates of others and replies that people have kindly given me.

Kicking/hitting out yesterday apparently. (But driver and two escorts are trained in safe restraint!) But today his teacher said he was a lot calmer all day and when going onto the bus. But the bus driver has the final say as its his bus.

I'm sleeping really well - but could sleep for longer!

Searchie They're brilliant - my big DD would love them.

completely!! i used to be a light sleeper, now i can sleep through my alarm snoozing twice, OH's snoozing at least twice and seth waking for night feeds! OH has given up on me and is doing all "dealings" with seth at night cos i just dont hear it at all! yesterday morning i woke up really chuffed with seth for sleeping through in his own bed, looked next to me and there he was all snuggled and snoring, thats really bad isnt it :o

i have been a terrible mother today :o he had ready brek made with semi skimmed milk, white chocolate buttons, cake, both lunch and dinner from jars and fromage frais that looked like it contained enough colourings to launch a nuclear missile :o in my defense it was my nans fault, but i didnt stop it :o

whats going on with dylan? i saw on FB that they are in hospital?? i hope he/they are ok?? havent had time to catch up, really worried!
