I’m just a consumer but its irreverent how many you have fitted as stated it’s the SAME UNIT SUPPLIED AND MADE BY NUAIRE but just cheaper than your company, and twice the guarantee term, delivered next day for free! We ordered 2 and got 5% off! Only cost £193.80 + VAT Each thats £12.20 cheaper than your company per unit. Worth saving thats what MSE is all about! :D

Just helping MSE Readers that all………………………………………………..:T

Its like your reading from a website Jock, giving the prices + vat ...Like I said If you were just a consumer then why feel the need to do a search on the forum?. The last post previous to yours was over a year ago.

Your wasting your time as no one will even bother to look at the site.

The desperation your showing is rather sad....I genuinely feel sorry for you[/QUOTE]
  • PIV do solve condensation problems. I had a Nuaire drimaster installed in one of my properties that I am renting out. Talking about a 3 bedroom property with 5 people leaving in, the Dri-master didn't solve the condensation problems in the property, as it claimed. More than that after 1 year from installation it stopped working. Went through several unanswered phone calls with the supplier and not replied messages for months. When someone bothered to answer my calls, I was told they do not do repairs and the 5 year warranty covers only the parts but not the labour. I was told to pay another £ 550 if I want to have the labour warranty as well or buy another unit, which will be cheaper than buying the labour warranty. I bought another unit to replace the old Dri-master, but bought an Envirovent loft unit this time. Envirovent is more expensive than Nuaire, but their unit came with 5 year parts and labour warranty, their surveyor knew what is talking about and their own installer did a great job. The Envirovent loft unit stopped working after 2 years. My phone call was answered immediately, I was put though their local rep, which booked the repair of the unit within 3 weeks. The unit couldn't be repaired, so they replaced it with a brand new unit, at no extra charges. I paid £ 600 ( inclusive VAT ) to supply and fit a Nuaire Dri Master that worked only 1 year, after what I was asked to buy another one. I paid £ 1100 ( inclusive VAT) to supply and fit an Envirovent Mr Lofty, which worked and gave me peace of mind so far at no extra expenses. Conclusion: you get what you pay.
  • My previous landlord said the Drimaster is disconnected and wants to charge me. Is reconnecting difficult?

Disconnected from what? If it just needs to be plugged in it should not take long but if it's a complete refit it should take a couple of hours.
