Wooooohooo! I have incredibly good news! But first my PADs:

24/12: £593.11 to my o/d - clearing it! (albeit temporarily)
    25/12: £1 to flagon
    26/12: £1 to flagon
    27/12: £1 to flagon
    28/12: 70p to flagon
29/12: £2986.28 to my loan - clearing it!
    Total PAD: £3583.09

This means that as of 10am this morning I am DEBT-FREE!!!

However, to become debt-free a month early I have set myself quite strict limits on spending ths month, and I may, therefore, have to use a little of my overdraft to see me through until next payday..but that will be paid off next month. However, right here, right now (and with spends in the bank) I am clear. Man, it's such a great feeling. :D

If it's OK with everyone, though, I would like to stick around and start PADing into savings from next month...I love it here :o

I hope everyone is having fantabulous holidays!

    Weeeeeeeeeee *meep*

Thrifty - any advice please?? What an achievement!!!

  • Forgot to mention earlier that well done TP. I can't wait till that is me.

But it would seem the powers at be won't let me it, the bloody Scalifax, oh the language I could use but won't, lets just say that I only have to A/C to facilitate the loan and I only have 12 more months if that and this time next year the loan the cc and the bank account will be closed and I shall have my revenge (fist being waved in the air) anyway I was trying to make a payment and well they have suspended my internet banking. So the payment wont go and I can't get at my money and grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Anyway from the good account i managed a PAD of £30

Oh yes forgot to say, I have made my last payment to a cc so thats that one done and dusted.

You know on the upside the scalifax has just made me more determind to be shot of them..

    Heres to being Debt Free

Hi Guys. Have been PADing this month but haven't been in here to declare PADs and have just changed my sig!
Anyway so far this month I've managed £1406.99 in part due to some generous family members giving me money for Christmas! I've had to do my Christmas spending and car tax too so I'm really pleased. Hope everyone is having a good festive season. I'll try and get back in the habit of declaring everyday again. I need to try and pay an average of 38 a day to meet my target _pale_
Congrats to Thrifty pixie and flower!

Not been on since before Christmas.

    Amazing PADs everyone.

Need to start organising for next Christmas.

I did succumb to the January sales and now really need to reign myself in.

Anyway a PAD of £15 for me today please.
