Morning hope you all had a lovely day yesterday,

Cant believe how many of you made it online yesterday, i picked up the laptop just started browsing the sales and OH said no way coz i was being unsociable:rolleyes:, he then spent the next hr making a lego thinggy not that i minded, he was quiet;)
Not checked my online banking yet but i did a ickle bit of unplanned shopping in the sales so may need to re-jig some money so it all balances ready for my dd's coming out. If my dd's are due out on the 1st when will they be collected? Before or after:confused:, i'm hoping before then i'll know where i'm at for Jan.

FF you are mad going to the next sales. I went last year and some crazy woman wanted a top i had just picked up so rugby tackled me to the floor, wouldnt care the top was only £2! I would of just given it to her if she'd asked:rolleyes:, needless to say she was promptly chucked out:rotfl:

  • Morning all,
up at sparrows F**t again to take DS to work,

    the
    total for
    Christmas Day
    was

    £184.63

Well I reckon that's pretty good for Xmas day myself. I wasn't around but did one in advance on Xmas eve.
Anyway, a Boxing Day PAD from me of, you've guessed it, 26p ;)
  • Morning all! Hope you had a good Christmas Eve and Day?!

Have only just managed to get online... took the laptop to MiLs yesterday, and tried to get into her wirless connection.... that lasted about 10 mins, and then when we got home last night we couldn't connect to ours! I'm currently sat in DSs bedroom, connected to the modem via the network cable, and waiting for BiL to call to talk me through how to reset me connection etc. Ho hum!

Anyway, down to business.... I padded £25 on Xmas Eve to cover the two days, plus have PADed £20 and £83.71 today :)

Pay day is Thursday and I still have £70 in my account, and 5 days to decide what to do with the 'free month' money.....

Now to tidy my house! :o

    Sx

    PAD £128.71

Rrrrrr Bless the total for yesterday. I like it.

Well I hope we are having a good Boxing Day.

I shall not be doing Sales shopping as I hate the sales, stuff everywhere, people going mad, I'd rather pay full price not very MSE I know but at least i enjot the shopping experience, got my folks coming over to day which should be fun.

Pad for today is £17.00 to the savings jar. I have decided that debt busting is great but I think i need to have at least 1 months direct debit money in reserve just in case. (it just might take in 12 months to get it lol

    Morning/afternoon all,
hope you're all doing well and having a lovely time. Off to my sister today so the cousins can all get together. Then tomorrow off to Durham and Newcastle so my mad family can go to the match on the 28th whilst I relax :D
£10 PAD please Gilli for me to my Fridge Freezer which is continuing to impress me with its beauty!
Have a loving boxing day all.

    I made it back!!

Next sale was hellish, as expected, but I got a nice photo frame for someone's Christmas next year :D and three pairs of work trousers. I also bought a load of stuff in the Paperchase sale for very little money :j

Tomorrow it's the M&S sale and that's it, honest :A
  • Afternoon All!

I wanted to go to the sales today but there's about 2 1/2 ft of snow outside and I'm a nice mummy who didn't want to drag the kids out in it just to get a bargain...so OH went without us :( but he wouldn't have got to go anywhere had it not been for me pushing the car out of the snow

Any of the ladies out there who buy stuff from Lush will know that they do a 'spend £15 and you can have whatever you want free' kind of sale. I've always wanted to get the most expensive gift box they have (which was about £99 but I think they've changed it slightly now) but I guess I'll have to wait another year and try again...I've been waiting about 5 years already though, I really thought I was going to be in with a chance this year :rotfl:

Anyway enough of my wittering on...Pad for me is another £2.00 please Gilli. Hoping to make a reasonable pad tomorrow but I can't seem to concentrate on working out the bills for next month...must have something to do with all the noise in here

Hope you all have a fab day! x

  • You're all mad going shopping in the sales today!! I know there are bargains to be had, but for me it's just not worth braving the rugby scrum to find them! Give me a nice online sale any day - New Look and Fashion Union both have some lovely bargains, and I get to go through Quidco too!

£55 PAD today (which should make up for some of what I've spent online so far... :o)

Hi all, just a pad of £2 to the ccs today. Had a nice relaxing day with OH and the cats watching tv and reading.

Christmas day was a bit hectic at my sister's and she has the worst oven ever. We had a chicken in there for four hours and it still wasn't cooked. So it got chucked and we had some gammon instead.
