  • Thats it! No more shopping to do! Except for my usual wander round the local shops this afternoon to see what I can pick up by way of bargains!

Family coming for tea, and no work today so will be baking this morning, then last of presents wrapped while watching either 'Its a Wonderful Life' or 'Holiday Inn'. Have PaDded to the slummy jar, 43p. Also the pub where I work part time will be divvying up the Christmas tips tonight, so will have them over the weekend.

Paulgonnabedebtfree - I saw a window cleaner trying to do the shop windows yesterday, it didn't look fun. The girl in the shop said that Head Office insisted they were done.

Hugs to anyone who's had to shell out unexpectedly on things that have broken. One of the customers in the pub was telling me last week that their microwave broke and they couldn't replace it, then the tumble dryer, followed by the cooker, all in the same week. So far they've replaced the cooker, the rest will have to wait.

Morning my lovelies - finally, finally I have got the Christmas spirit. Mainly to do with the fact me and OH are driving to see my folks in London tonight with the cat as well. So excited!!!!!
I'll be MIA for a few days so will make a PAD today of £1 and then add the rest when I come back. Maz$uma mobile have paid out £18 quid in a cheque yesterday so that's in the pad pot for when I return.

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas with your families and get plenty of rest, have lots of fun and eat, drink and be merry as 2010 I think will be a fantastic year for us all, I really hope so.

    See you all soon
    Lots of love and hugs

Good afternoon all! (aren't I a lazy one! lol)

    Happy Christmas Eve to all.

You'll be glad to hear that OH's brother's flight wasn't cancelled and he arrived yesterday only half hour later than expected. :)

Possibility of snow on Christmas Day also.

Payday today also! :) Budget looking pretty d'mn good!

Savings PAD of 66 euro's (16 left over from last month and 50 as an extra) Plus another 55 Euro's already in there that I forgot to PAD> oanda exchange rate of 0.8992 = 108.80 GBP

Plus 50 GBP to overdraft = total PAD of £158.80 please Gilly.

Hopefully my Euro's will reach the UK very shortly and can then PAD some more (am only able to PAD the to the overdraft as folks gave me money for the taxis to my UK account).

But not bad for a Christmas Eve PAD hey?

Hope everyone has a great day. Am off to the shops soon with OH's bro (I need a quicker way to type that! lol) soon to get some more snacky food (all budgeted for - well, I have 65 euro's extra budgeted for xmas food and haven't touched that yet :) )
