    Evening everyone,

Had a really bad day today. I have suffered from panic attacks in the past, and i had another today. Was driving, it was snowing and roads were terrible and i just started thinking about my friend. Its silly really because the accident she died in had nothing to do with the weather, but another idiot driver. I just kept thinking it could be me next and before i knew it i could barely breathe and was having a full on panic attack.
OH had to come and pick me up.

Am ok now. Relaxed at home for a bit and then walked into town with OH to get a few last minute bits.

Sounds like everyone else has been having trouble with the snow aswell!

Anyway PAD for today is £11.51 please!

    Hope everyone is well?

  • A nice juicy £50 for me today, but that's going to have to be it for PADs until payday next week, unless I find some money on the street, or behind the sofa... I suddenly seem to be very skint, but as I'm not planning on leaving the house until Monday that shouldn't be a problem!

I've finished work now until 4th January, woo!! :j And it's only 7 sleeps till Santa!!

Sorry to hear about that. There are plenty of self help tips around but the trouble is that they are mostly not good when driving due to the relaxation required.
Maybe if it persists go and see a therapist? It may sound dramatic but therapy saved my life way back in my darker days.
  • Hey all

So sorry flower, I have a friend who suffers panic attacks and they truly are horrible.Massive hugs :grouphug:

Green- Wow, many congratulations, thats a great win!
Im averaging about £7 a day on BB at the minute and very pleased with it, never thought id say I love Bingo but my god its mind numbingly boring, I actually resorted to flirting with chat host Jason to pass the time :rotfl:

Ok granted I was trying to get him to give me a £1 bonus too- I failed lmao

Sorry no pad from me today, Ive been shopping to buy the boys presents with money from their Nanna, also got a small pressie for dd2 and a few bits for hubby so just waiting on parcels arriving, wrapping them and im good to go :j

Also, as FF and others know I attempted to get myself the Hatbox from boots today- I failed with that too lol
All sold out this morning fast :(

Right im rambling again, gonna go.
    Happy weekend to all
