Evening All,
PaD for me today of £10 please.0 -
Afternoon all,
have had the afternoon from hell!
First sons card was declined in shop cue half an hour on the phone to HSBC, his card had been red flagged. Anyway he persuaded the girl to change it to a 'yellow' flag, which means he can use it for 'cardholder present' but not on internet and they'll send a new card out but it probably won't arrive until after Christmas.
So now he has no access to cash so guess who'll be 'lending' him the money until after Christmas?
Then my little computer broke, I've had to restore to system defaults, lost all my stuff because it wouldn't recognise USB or flash cards, and it won't work wirelessly, so at the moment I am sat on the floor in the hall, with the only ethernet cable I could find plugged into the router.
Then my brother rang and the redundancy he was hoping wouldn't happen is, and he's out of work as of next Friday, and because he lives in company accommodation and is in the middle of a divorce, he will be homeless.

Flying Fresian et al, may I join you today?
I've made my first PAD, 37p. Money is a bit tight at the minute, as is my time. So my grand plan is two fold - put any £2 coins that cross my greasy palm in to my sealed pot (joined that challenge today) and any random pennies in my current account at the end of the day will be transferred to an online pot, ready to pay off when I have a substantial amount.
My debt is large, good job my enthusiasm to be debt free is larger.Sealed pot challenge member #806 9.98/100

Thanks for the hugs folks. As I said not much but I think when one thing comes on top of another it just suddenly gets to you. All this happened in the space of an hour!
Glass of wine duly poured, can't join the xfactor though, haven't watched it since it was pop idol. Caught 5 minutes of the auditions and saw someone who was really good, but it turns out he went out last week, no idea what his name was.
Anyways DT whats with the champers etc. in hypno's absence??

Hello everyone,
Thank you for the well wishes and comments with regards to my friends funeral. Really means a lot to me.
Well it went as well as can be expected. I stood up, got half way through my talk, look over towards the coffin and saw a frames picture of me and her with 3 other friends, and seeing that just made me break down completely.
It sounds really strange but i dont remember an awful lot else, the priest took the piece of paper off me and i remember OH guiding me back to my seat, but the rest of it i just felt in a daze - like it had really hit me that we were there to say goodbye.
I felt ok yesterday, but today i have just been a wreck. Cant stop thinking about her etc...Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
