Hi all. I purchased a new unlocked sim free mobile phone from Carphonewarehouse today but after having a little play with it, realise i absolutely hate it.
What do you think my chances are of them taking it back?

I bought a SIM free phone- You can swap your SIM free phone for a different handset within 14 days of buying it.
- You can only swap your phone for a different model once.
- You can't return your phone and get a refund.

I'll give it a go tomorrow. Really should do more research before i make a purchase like that.0

Even better, buy your phones online or over the phone. That way you get a 7-day cooling off period BY LAW. It fits under the distance selling rules.0
