HELP! Just got an orange contract (mis sold i believe)through a jag shop

Options
basically, i went into my local jag shop yesterday to find out when i could upgrade my current contract, they offered to buy me out of my current contract and did the credit check and i was accepted.
the guy tried to give me a business contract, to which i am not entitled, i refused and left, he then sent me a txt msg saying he could offer me a better deal on a normal contract, for £35 per month.
I went in today to talk about it, and found that he had set up the contract! he gave me the phone, i took it away and the sim card is faulty, so i took it back and said i was unsure if i really wanted the contract, he said he would get a new simcard sent in the post to me..... to which i begrudgingly agreed as he was putting a lot of pressure on me.
I have looked on jags website tonight and it looks like i have been put on a 24 month contract, something which he didnt tell me!

what i want to know is am i within my rights to cancel the contract?
if so, how do i do it?

Did you sign any paperwork agreeing to the contract, or sign any paperwork at all?

You have less rights in a shop than buying online, if they will not let you cancel in the shop, have a word with the shop manager/area manager of the company.
