Did you complain prior to leaving? If so, what did the rep say?
    Gone ... or have I?

Although you've completed a complaint form in resort, I'd write (don't telephone or email) to the company head office (it should be on your documentation or you can google it) and detail the problems you had.

Keep it brief, to-the-point and unemotional.
Don't, for example, write that you would not let your dogs eat 'this crap'.

Proper advice is to send a complaint to the travel agent/tour operator so they are aware of the issues and can respond. Do it promptly, keep the letter to the point, civilised, and in sensible english.

No need to do anything else apart form that at the moment. You shoudl expect an acknowledgment within a couple of weeks and a reply in around a month.

The form completed in resort probably tells you to do this, as the forms don not usually generate any kind of reply.

    Hope that helps

I dont think you will get anywhere to be honest, the conditions state that you must put a complaint form in while you are still in the resort, as soon as you have a problem, this gives them chance to offer you alternative accomodation.
You cant hand them the form on the bus home and expect your money back!
