Fantastic advice again Di.
I never did request a SAR from them(Currently looking it up just now).
I am content with the outcome so far, just working away on my partners PPI as that is £22.84 PER WEEK over 260 weeks!!!! She was told she could NOT have the loan unless the PPI was taken out!
As this is against the rules and she didnt have to take out PPI we are determined to get her hard earned money back.
