LG KS360 Help please!

I bought an LG KS360 phone today from Argos...it came with £10 air time. I am trying to register it...and it keeps coming up with 'Rejected by Network'...(its with Orange) .It's so frustrating...can anyone shed any light as to why this is happening, and how to overcome the problem?...Thank you.:D

Is the phone locked to another network?
If not - then the sim card might be damaged - contact the network on a landline.

Edit: Just done a google search lots of other people with exact same problem - contact network I say.

If it was bought as an Orange phone with that sim as part of the package, take it back to Argos.

Thanks for your help OneADay, have taken the phone back to Argos, and exchanged it for a different model.....Shame I looked at the reviews after I bought the phone.:rolleyes:

You can get better phones than that - guess its about £50 to £60. :eek:
