Calling the Irish number is pretty much universally seen as the best bet to reach Ryanair - I certainly do so whenever the need arises to contact them.From Poland...with love.

Called them today.....
On hold for ten minutes. Very irratating. They advised that it was on the refund list and she would manually confirm it for me. So all is well... if i get the refund no problem, as i would rather not make another 20min call to them0 -

The refund is indeed shown in the financial details in your original post. Payment number 2 shows a minus figure of £15.99 and I hope that you have now received it.
By the way this flight now costs £38.85 so you were clever to book it when you did.0
