    I've been Money Tipped!
My old church had a list of things to do for "courting couples" so they were less tempted by the bed option pre marriage. Had some really silly things on it, but worth a try for a laugh.

    Fly a kite

    babysit

    Make a cake

Go play in the swings on the park

Go charity clothes shopping for things to make you look stupid

Get to know each other quizzes

    Treasure hunts

    Charity work

    + can't remember any more!

I would add sign up for mystery shopping though...lots of free evening and weekend activities like meals out, cinema visits, night clubs + pubs, all expenses paid + a small wage too.

Me and boyfriend when both students used to do the charity shop run in York. It was great fun - had a laugh at all the rubbish, picked up the odd vintage football shirt or pair of jeans, but mainly didn't buy, so very cheap. We also go for walks in all weathers - seriously, don't let drizzle put you off! Just going to the supermarket for some tiny little treat gets you out of the house sometimes! We got quite into a mini subbuteo game recently, we often sit and surf the net together a bit (MSE!) and general chatting can while away hours, especially if you sit at the table with a glass of wine, it seems to help conversation flow!
Most important is to stop thinking about cinema and restaurants etc. They're not what spending time together is really about. However, if you're sick of conversation, why not ask mates if you can borrow/swap films? It's much better than rubbish tv. ScreenSelect has helped us fill many a rainy afternoon!
For weekends, we often take a train to another town that we've not been to before or not for a while. Doesn't have to be exotic - just different streets you can explore and shops you can look in - you can have your dinner out (i.e. jacket potato from a street seller!) and take a look at auctions in the area or car boots.
Basically, cheap activities are often seen as being sad, but I reckon if you can make yourselves happy with these things, then you know money well never be a big issue in your life!

While on holiday in France last year, we played table tennis for the first time ever (which we really enjoyed!)
Anyway when i was doing the Xmas shopping last year i found a mini table tennis set in Superdrug for £5.00
I wrapped it and gave it to hubby for a little tree gift!
He was thrilled with it. Even his friend was so impressed when he saw it, we ended up taking it to his house for News Years Eve and had a mini competition, which even the kids enjoyed playing.
One of the best things i've ever bought for so little money................. :)
