Free Love??? Things to do for free

Please could somebody help me.

My partner and I are looking for fun things to do, places to go etc etc Rain or shine that dont cost any money as we are both making a huge effort to not spend any money. This cancels usual coupley things such as cinema and drinking and takeaway etc.

Now ive been planning to do walking or picnics but the weather has been sooooo rubbish. What else can we do that costs nothing. We end up getting ratty with each other coz we are cooped up in the house and ratty coz we have no pennies to do anything.

walk round your neighbour hood and discover path ways / cycle routes / parks / farms etc that you never knew were there.

Card games can be a way to while away countless hours without expenditure. You can probably get a book at the library to learn new types.

As said by chelltune bed is a nice cheap place to be - free condoms if required from the GP ;-)

If neither appeal the weather man said the weather should perk up at the end of this week.

the usual things like museums, art galleries, lectures, watching telly, playing cards and board games come to mind but you can even have too much of this. if this the issue is no money why don't you apply for free tickets- cinemas, filming of tv programmes, radio shows, concerts etc. can you go around a friends for dinner/tea and then invite them around yours- it doesn't have to be anything posh or expensive- the fact that someone cooks it for you is enough. it's just somewhere to go to & some other company so you have more talk things to talk about. you could also play boy, girl, fruit flower (or whatever) and battle ships.

The online DVD rental companies offer trial periods. Try them all one at a time, and stop the trial before any money comes out of your account.

You need to be careful and make sure all discs are returned before the cancellation date.

We've had a number of free films like this

or you could bike ride? visit friends and family you havent seen in a while?!
go through old photos with a bottle (or 2) of wine, we always have a laugh doing that (sounds right sad though!!)

must agree though bed might be the best idea...... but how do you fill the other 23 hours and 50 mins of the day? hmmmmmmmmmmmm... reading?!

Now I know this sounds sad,but when I first met my partner he had a golf club he'd picked up from a bootsale, for some reason, anyway we used to make up silly crazy golf courses up around the house,we'd get quite serious about it,really trying to perfect the shots! and it was believe it or not a good laugh!
Another sad suggestion, scrabble! he wont play with me now though, because I always win! If thats too boring, you could do rude scrabble! It's only just hit me-I really am sad!!
Walking up a stream trying not to get wet, jumping along on rocks.(I think I'm just weird!)Go to the park at night when theres no kids about and just have fun playing!
O.k my suggestions are pretty cr*p,so I'l give up!
....nice hot bath together(reminding me of lee evans on t.v the other night-anyone see that-quite true) then good aromatheric all over body massage.

Learn something new! My BF bought me a chess set and has been teaching me to play (i suck but it is fun!) Maybe you could learn a language together, you could get a course from the library or cheaply second hand.
