Just ask for the PAC code and use it within 30 days to move to a pay ando go sim with another network (thats the easy option I use).
I ended vodafone contracts by asking them to turn the phone into pay and go (after contract end date) - that works too but best to use the PAC code approach.
With the PAC code - best to use it the moment you get it - affectively 30 days notice then (you basically end up paying for 30 days without having a service - works ok for me with cheap deals).0 -
Either email them cancellation or ask for the PAC code (thats if you want to keep the number, and will be getting a new contract)
Keep a log when when you sent the email, just incase they haven't cancelled after 30 days.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Just remember if you cancel you lose the number.
If you want to keep the number you need to ask for a pac code and use it inside 30 days.
You can do one or the other but not both. . .0
