Deleting personal info from Motorola A835 and C975

How can I remove all my pictures, contacts etc from these phones in one go without upsetting any of the software/standard issue photos?

I just want to clear personal info before selling these to Mopay.

    Master reset\clear should do the job

    security code should be 123456 or 000000 by default
