OMG - I knew there were trolls here but come on! The OP is simply ranting (and rightfully so) that the bank is keeping their money. Thanks....I did say I was having a rant in my original post. I think some people are a bit sad on here and want to argue about any little thing.:rolleyes::rolleyes: Unless they just think i'm totally thick and really do think A&L stole my money on purpose.:eek::eek:
It's nice to see some sensible people around Ovetta.:beer:Save me from spending...

Could you please let me know how, that by pointing out that a c**k up by the bank is NOT theft, can classify me as I troll ?
If the OP wishes to rant - fine, but I, and plenty of others get very weary of reading threads that start with "Stolen", "Rip-off", "Con", "Scam", "Scandal", etc, etc; when the detail of the post reveals nothing like the "headline".
Just what is so clever about saying someone has "stolen" your money when you know full well that they haven't ? This site is meant to operate on honesty - one of the first site rules is that libellous posts should be reported as abuse of the site. What is troll-like about reminding people of this ?0 -

How do you know they haven't stolen my money?!?!!?:money: They haven't returned it have they. Until they do it's stolen as they're keeping it without my permission.
You clearly have nothing better to do than come on here to try and wind people up so yeah, on some level I agree you are a trollie-dollie. Please move on though as I always feel a tad embarassed when trolls land on my threads.:o:o:o:o:oSave me from spending...

Suggest you look up the definition of "stolen".
I'll help you:-
"THEFT ACT 1968
1. Basic definition of theft
(1) A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it; and ‘theft’ and ‘steal’ shall be construed accordingly."0 -

Looking at your other posts I suggest you move on and get a life.....you clearly have too much time on your hands.
It seems that you have a very dull life and just go around the boards pasting random bits of 'insight' like this that no one cares about.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
I feel quite embarassed for you that you are clearly very dull and can't think of anything more interesting to say.:o:o:o:o

Though the 'random bit of insight' as you like to call it is quite correct in this case. A&L have acknowledged that they did not transfer your money. And they have have told you that it would take an extra 4 days to get this money to you in your new account.
This is in no way stealing. This is a banking error. these things happen. If you so believe it is theft then why did you not go to the police? They are the people who would be able to deal with someone stealing your money.
Just because you do not like what people tell you- in this case the truth- does not mean they are trolls.. just like A&L did not steal your money.one of the famous 50 -

How do you know they haven't stolen it????? It's not theirs and they've kept it so far.....I don't know why people come on here and deliver these 'nuggets' of useless information. It's just very sad. As I said - some people need to get a life. Still embarassed...:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:oSave me from spending...

Because you have already admitted in your very first post that they are going to give you it and they made an error.
answer me this simple question then Little Chicken - IF YOU THINK ALLIANCE AND LEICESTER HAVE STOLEN YOUR MONEY WHY HAVE YOU NOT BEEN TO REPORT THIS CRIME TO THE POLICE?
I dont know why people come on here making accusations that are just not true.. some people need to get a life. Still embarassed:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o
