Sky+ TV upgrade to Sky+HD, broadband and phone - how to get the deal you want

I currently have a Sky+ contract (with everything except movies), and my broadband and phone contract with AOL. I pay approx £70 per month for the lot.
I'm looking into having everything through Sky (TV, broadband and phone).
Looking at the Sky website, if I was to have the full TV package on HD, adding broadband and phone, I can get it all for a monthly cost of £67.25.
I'd be happy with this as it's no more expensive than what I'm currently paying, and I get more than I have already (upgrade to HD box with movies on package too). And there's the added bonus of it all being on one bill, which is helpful.
My problem is this - I'm an existing customer! If I was to go ahead and get the above done, I'd have a lot of "one-off costs" to get the HD box, installation, etc, etc.
I'd rather not pay these "one-off costs" as a) I don't have the spare money around to pay them and b) I think it's pretty cheeky as I've been a loyal paying customer to them for years.
Does anyone know a way I can get the upgrade to the HD package (with movies, sports, the lot), broadband and phone without paying any one-off costs and simply paying my monthly subscription as usual?

If you have the newest (Nov) Skymag, there is a promotion on for a free HD box. You will need to pay for the HD package (£10 per month) and the set-up fee is £30."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0
