Just read your bargain on Ebay, well done Girl! I'm off to work today, a bit of a lazy day I guess so up very early. Need to go to bank and post office as well, than babysitting again for my friend. She is trying to be more romantic with her husband ;).
I haven't tried wii fit yet, just don't have the time, and I rather go to the gym where everyone else motivates me, I love doing classes, spinning and body pump are really good for you.I joined the lose half a stone challenge from January, I really want to get rid of the muffin top ;).
    Have a nice day ladies!

I cant believe we might see more snow today! Its only just melted off the roads a couple of days ago. Good job im going to wash the car today.

Ive also just ordered a £10 voucher from shopandscan :T

My list isnt going very well so far!

Its raining so i cant wash the car, ive dusted my CD's but musicmagpie doesnt seem to be working as i type in the barcode and nothing happens when i click get value.

EDIT: It working now, I just read through there T&C's if the CD if scratched they will charge 50p to recondition it!! Dont like the sound of that! Seeing that most of the CD's if put in are only worth 30p!

Ive looked on ebay and they just dont sell anymore so its not worth putting them on there even as a job lot they dont seem to sell. They take up too much room so if i dont sell them i will just put them on freecycle as im not sure charity shops take CDs now.

Ive now got alot more room in my bedroom:j

In the end i scrapped the idea of selling the CD's, instead i chucked away all of the CD's cases and just kept the front cover leaf and the CD, so there all ready for my new CD wallet when it arrives.:D I had alot of singles too which i just chucked out.

I also very cheekly just started doing another scracthie....i was already a Butlins bingo player that i joined once for some CB. But forgot i had an account with them, so i just deposited £10 so i could do the free daily scratchcard. Now i have two daily accounts with st mivers. Hope they dont close them both down for being greedy!

Also my wages got paid today, but im not going to update savings just yet as i know i have around £250 on my CC to pay mid Jan, i will have a look online later and maybe pay it off now before the new year.

It still raining so im off to do my Wii fit plus ;)

Let me know how the two scratchies go. I am a member of two sites but have been scared to do the scratchies on both.

How us the wii fit plus? I have done the wii fit for three days running. It did tell me I am overweight today eek, have never weighed so much.

I took my cds to a local music shop a couple of years ago, they paid about 50p to £3 for each of them, I got about £200. Maybe there is one around you as well?

I had my review today, contract renewed for an another 2 years (although it's more likely to be a year from my side), got 1.8% payrise. That's exactly £42.7 more per month. No comment, I guess I should be happy that I still have a job. Review was ok, although couple of things were really awkward about my performance, as I work with children they wanted me to introduce like a new program similar to nurseries but I can't do that as I don't have anyone else working alongside with me. Ahhh, it's just too complicated but will do my best.

Not sure about St Minver, when I registered I read one of the forums and they seemed to say that you shouldn't have more than one account. Maybe withdraw money from one of them asap and than close the account?

Ok i will let you know, ive always been too chicken to try running two aswell. but ive seen a few people on here do.

I only got a 10min go on my wii fit today as the darn board kept mucking up, the chargerable battery pack for it kept coming loose so i gave up in the end. I will have a proper go at it tomorrow when the re-chargeable batteries are charged instead.
But from what i played its much better than the normal wii fit game, it has about 12 more different games, like kung-fu, cycling, flying. The games were alot more fun than the normal fit balance games. But you can still the all the normal games and exrcises on the wii fit plus game too.
So i think if i can find the case i will sell the old fit game as i dont need it now.

My grandad was let out of hospital today and feeling much better than a couple of days ago. And the dog well his fine, maybe getting a little fat eating bits and bobs of christmas snacks!

Kavics, too late ive chucked all the CD cases now! lol, you done well though!!!

Well done on your pay rise, i'd be well happy with that, when i get a pay rise its normally 10p per hour! :rotfl:

If they do stop my account's then i will just ask OH if i can have the money i get for him! lol...well i do all the work on scratchies and bingo and he gets the money and wastes on fags! That cant be fair lol

Oh yeah and i had a letter from Tesco credit card saying i havent used my card for nearly 2 years and if i dont use it by Jan 22nd they will cancel and close my account for me. Well that sent me that same letter last year saying use it by Feb or they will cancel and close account as they presume i dont need it anymore. So i didnt use it as i dont need it, so i thought it had already been closed in FEB 09!:confused:

I might just ring them tomorrow and cancel it myself, i havent even got the card anymore as i thought it was closed!

Ive been trawling through this forum most of the day subscribing to peoples diaries to keep me motivated. I cant wait for the new Year to get here to start my challenges! how sad.

It's not sad, it's cool. MSE is the new way of living:). I love reading other people's diary, it gives me so much inspiration. I guess I will have like 10 different challenges by 1st January-ahhmmm 3 days away only? Need to get organized. Maybe I should again try to have a diary? No, i'm not really good at it.

Tesco is rubbish, I wanted to open a saving account with them, they sent me like 5 letters to confirm my address. Than I gave up.

I'm sad too, I can't wait to do the £1 a day thing, I'm considering doing £2 which would mean nearly all the value of my overdrafts would be paid off by this time next year (I have to pay another £500 off of each of them by September). I'm thinking of something to use as a container...
