As ebay is one of the most used sites at least in the UK and US I can't see why anyone would want to look to advertise somewhere else?
If a buyer wants 'x' then he is more likely to be browsing ebay for it than an obscure ad site that no one has ever heard of.
To answer the question though, I can't think of anywhere useful that ebay shops can be advertised legitimately. Most sites I read or subscribe to would consider adverts spam, and if you go to a dedicated advert site (and there are some ebay Google groups for pure adverts) then you just join hundreds of other people vainly trying to advertise their shops to each other.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Nope, and I go back to my earlier post why advertise on something that is difficult to find when your shop is on ebay where people will be looking anyway?

Soo
I have found that when I advertise in other places I do get a lot more hits,
More hits equals more sales.
I have added other things to help me sell but I am not aloud to post it here
as it would be self advertising.
Thanks for you time and input though soolin.
Peace and Love.
