Tiscali - New contract

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can help me.
having been a customer (angry one) of Tiscali for 9months, i wished to leave before the 12 months for the contract was up.
u received an email from them talking about the changes in the T & C and after 14 days if i didnt do/say something i would have agreed to them.
does this mean i can call them and cancel the contract early as they are changing + forcing me to agree to the T & C which i do not agree with??
any help would be sweet!
