Ive had wescot trying to phone me a few times a day for about 1year now. lol
Also got albion and some one else trying it.
The tricks is just never ever answer their calls.
Because they are not trying to shy away from paying back the money they owe???
I know i shouldn't let this post bother me but it seems like you're almost proud of that fact that you're managing to avoid your debt. It will catch up to you eventually.0 -

i just dont really have any feeling about it as i just dont ever think about it ad so it doesn't play any part in my life or affect me.
And no it wont catchup with me, as the debt is too small for the bank to bother trying to take it to court as its only about 7k-8k.
Especally since if they ever did id be more than happy to go and offer the £1 per month repayment until i get a job as i only have £10 per month after using jsa and lha combined to pay my rent.
they have already written off billions of pounds in bad loans though, and so mine will eventually just be tossed onto the pile with the millions of other peoples.
When i was young and foolish i got taken to court and served a CCJ for £350 of debt. They will come for you eventually and if you keep your head in the sand you can kiss goodbye to your chances of credit for at least 6 years.
Pretty poor attitude IMO. :rolleyes:0 -
Thanks everyone. After my telephone call, Wescot have refunded me 3 lots of £65 but one is still missing, i just don't get why they haven't passed this money on to Halifax! I have spoken to Halifax who aren't interested and tell me to take it up with Wescott. But I have been good (well i think so!!) and paid the money they refunded me off a different card and then set up a new payment plan with the latest DCA they have decided to change the debt to without telling me!!
Thanks again.0
