Sometimes being good means you sacrifice a NSD. And I feel most aggrieved by that fact . Like on Saturday (the only day I could go to the bank to switch my current account to earn a lovely jubbly £150 _party_).....I had to pay 50p for parking as I didn't have time for the 15min walk from outside of the town-centre. 50 rotten pee. (okay and I bought a bottle of water as I was stupid enough to trot out of the house without having a drink that morning)
I needed petrol. I had a decision. 1) Get it from Tescos in my town on Saturday at 107.9 or get it on Sunday from Asda in my BF's town at 104.9.........thus incurring another non-NSD! And that's the thanks you get from being 'good'!!
And today.....today could have really tipped me over the edge. I had a voucher that had to be used today and today was the first day I could get to this particular shop. It was for my niece's xmas pressie. So that would have been my 3rd non-NSD in a ruddy row! Pah! But I see from Karens post that as long as I've put money aside it doesn't count. And I have - I put money aside every month for Xmas!! Tra-la-laaaa (is there a smiley for thumbing your nose at adversity?)
Thanks Karenccs67

that's NSD number 11. I might even need to extend my total the way this month is panning out, although I didn't say that out loud I don't wanna jinx myself :rotfl:
