    BigMummaF please give us an update on the doggy-do-do situation. Dying to know whether it solidifed!

    I had a lovely NSD yesterday but tonight am meeting a good friend for our bi-monthly meal out and it's my turn to pay. Grrrrrrrr. I'm going to struggle for the rest of the month now......I've looked at my spending forecast (yes I have one of those) and as much as I try to squeeze things together and cross things out I just don't think I'm going to eek out my full 20 days. I know I set the ruddy target but it sounded so much easier than it is back on the 1st.

    I also have a 'rules' dilema. How are holidays treated? I'm going to Centre Parcs next week and will most likely be spending most days....we are going to self-cater some days but there will be treats for little nieces :j, a couple of meals out :drool:, petrol etc. I do save up for holidays through-out the year (I have pots for most things) and I don't want to spoil the holiday by being mean and scrimpy every day. How about I withdraw my saved up Holiday cash on Day 1 and that counts as my non-NSD??? Or would that be breakin' the law? Am breaking into a sweat trying to notch up my 20 as it is!

    Me too me too!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    'Blew' 20p on a hot chocolate today (drinks are highly subsidised at work :D) but instead of having a wasted day I've made sure that I've paid the deposit for work Xmas do, put in for 2 birthday collections and done all the bits for my Samaritans Xmas Shoebox thingy :T

    This organisation thing is actually quite useful, why didn't I think of using it before? :confused: :rotfl::o

    Gutted, I can't do the Buy Nothing day! I've got a hockey match (£10 a game!) and am out for a friend's birthday!

    however, apart from a bottle of wine I won't be 'shopping' so maybe that will sort of count!

    Curlygirl, you can make your own rules! ;)

    Altho when I went on holiday I knew I'd spend so didn't count those days in my target!

    Have had NSD's on saturday, sunday and yesterday !!!!!!
  • Not a NSD today, but a LSD so not too unhappy about it. I'm not sure I'll be able to get in another NSD before the weekend, but as Saturday is International Spend Nothing Day that seems like something to aim for.

    Best wishes for the rest of the week everyone.
  • Number 6 from me please . . . .
