Our insurer classes Egypt as Europe, we went in Jan 2 years ago for a fortnight and the temp hit 22-26 every day. You are pretty much guaranteed to avoid any rainfall as well.
The site below is pretty good for checking historic weather cycles. I prefer to go by recent history rather than numbers plucked out of the air by some websites.
