Orange voicemail costs

since when does it cost anything to call my voicemail?? i've finally decided to reactivate it, and never noticed it ever costing me anything until i saw i had several pounds worth of charges for it in a month! im on dolphin 20 i think (200 minutes)

    could it be that you went over your allocated number of inclusive minutes? then you would start paying for voicemail calls, just like other calls.
